Personal introduction
I am Adrienn - soft skills trainer, coach, organisational psychologist and mom - the founder of Growthability. I have always enjoyed helping people, so this is not just a job for me - it's my passion and purpose. The best part of my work is that I get to meet new people and be part of their journey of learning new skills, bonding with others, challenging self-limiting beliefs and getting closer to their goals and dreams.
Unique background in Tech
I have been working with tech professionals for nearly 10 years (as a coach, agile coach, delivery manager, product owner, scrum master, team lead, mentor and soft skills trainer) and I am VERY passionate about helping tech teams to learn soft skills and to coach engineers who are growing into leadership positions. Even though there are clear patterns in this industry, our work together is unique as we focus on you and your specific situation.
Professional accreditation
I studied psychology at Eotvos Lorand University (one of the leading universities of Hungary) to get my Master's degree in Organisational Psychology (graded excellent) in 2017. I live in the UK now, and I am a member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). I abide by the BPS's Code of Ethics and Conduct (can be found here) ensuring that respect, competence, responsibility, and integrity are present throughout our every interaction.
